Central-Asian International "MiningWorld Central Asia 2010" Exhibition

 

"Aurum Pumpen Kazakhstan" Company took part in the 16th Central-Asian International "MiningWorld Central Asia 2010" Exhibition, which was held from 15th to 17th of September 2010.

Venue for the exhibition – IEC “Atakent”, Almaty, Kazakhstan.

 

 

 

MiningWorld Central Asia 2010 Exhibition was supported by Committee for Geology and Subsoil Use & Committee for Industry of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National Mining Company “Tau-Ken Samruk”, Republican Association of Extraction and Mining and Metallurgical Enterprises of Kazakhstan (AEME).

 

 

 

 

 

 

MiningWorld Central Asia Exhibition is the largest international specialized exhibition for mining and processing of metals and minerals in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, annually uniting leading experts of a mining industry and representing a full spectrum of the equipment, technologies and services for a mining industry.

 

At the exhibition "Aurum Pumpen Kazakhstan" Company represented the pump and compressor equipment for mining and processing industry from the leading European manufacturers: "Arthur Habermann GmbH&CO.KG" (Germany), "Nijhuis" (The Netherlands), "Wernert Pumpen" (Germany), "Duchting Pumpen" (Germany), "Kamat" (Germany) as well as the equipment of its own production.

At our display booth all the visitors could get the necessary consultations from our technical experts, familiarize with the products and new developments of our Company.

New dredger from "Aurum Pumpen Kazakhstan" 


At the end of March 2010 the specialists of our Company stately turned over new dredger of its own manufacturing to the Customer. It is already third dredger made by "Aurum Pumpen Kazakhstan" Company. Nowadays, two dredgers are operating in Brovary, Kiev Region and Kirilovka, Zaporozhye Region - Ukraine.

 

The Customer of the dredger is a big Company in Kazakhstan, which is busy with sand recovery and its delivery to Almaty and its Region. By sand recovery at their own pit the Company uses the most modern technologies, which allow to supply the sand of the highest quality to the market.

 

 

 

 The dredger, which is turned over to the Customer, has a number of distinctive features, the main of which is absolutely new concept of earth excavation by submersible pump designed especially for operation with mixtures which have high content of the solids. The dredger is also distinguished by its dismountable construction. Design philosophy of the component assembly allows to fulfill the mounting of the dredger on the place of operation by truck crane during 4 hours. That’s why the specialists of "Aurum Pumpen Kazakhstan" Company have a possibility to deliver the dredger of its own manufacturing to the longest distances and fulfill the mounting and commissioning on the place of operation.

 

After mounting and commissioning of the dredger in Kazakhstan, a trial start and adjusting of all the dredger functions was made by specialists of technical department of "Aurum Pumpen Kazakhstan" Company. Nowadays, the dredger successfully operates, recovering the sand at the territory of Kazakhstan.
